Provence artisans launch seasonal events and holiday collections

Various artisanal producers in Provence are launching seasonal offerings and events. The wine house Marrenon is concluding its summer series, ‘Les Estivales de Marrenon’, with a final festive event on September 4 at Domaine Saint Victor in La Tour-d'Aigues, featuring live music and local food trucks.

In preparation for the holiday season, several confectionery and gourmet brands have announced new products. Le Roy René, a specialist in calissons since 1920, is debuting its first chocolate collection, including chocolate-coated calissons and Sauternes-infused raisins. La Maison de la Pistache is introducing artisanal holiday sweets such as halva and nougat featuring pistachio.

Additionally, Brémond Fils has partnered with the Vinaigrerie de Haute-Provence to release a limited edition ‘Vinaigre de Provence Héritage’. This artisanal vinegar is produced through a 10 to 14-month maceration process involving local apples, apricots, and wild herbs from the garrigue.
