Provinzial Holding AG announces leadership changes

Provinzial Holding AG has announced several leadership changes within its supervisory board and subsidiary companies. Thomas Hirsch, President of the Sparkassenverband Rheinland-Pfalz, has been elected as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He succeeds Michael Breuer, who led the board for six years.

Additionally, Christian Koch will step down from his executive board mandates at ProTect Versicherung AG, andsafe AG, and S-Direkt Versicherung AG. Koch is scheduled to leave these positions on November 6, 2026, after nearly two decades with the group, to take a personal break.
