Proyecto Mochi launches school supply campaign for Mendoza students

Proyecto Mochi has launched its eleventh solidarity campaign to provide school backpacks and supplies to vulnerable children for the 2027 school year. The initiative, founded by teacher Adriana Infante, acts as a bridge between donors and students in need.

The organization is currently seeking to register educational institutions, with a specific focus on increasing participation from southern Mendoza, including San Rafael, General Alvear, and Malargüe. Infante noted that while the need is high in these areas, information often fails to reach them due to distance.

The campaign aims to reach between 2,500 and 3,000 students. Registration for schools remains open until October 31 or until the target of 50 institutions is met, with 30 already enrolled. Donations are personalized, providing donors with specific details regarding the recipient's age, grade, and school.
