Prozor-Rama infrastructure: New police station and bridge renovation
The President of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton Government, Marija Buhač, visited the Prozor-Rama municipality to oversee local infrastructure projects and attend the 9th Ramsko Half Marathon. The marathon, held along the shores of Ramsko Lake, is recognized as one of the fastest road races in Europe.
During the visit, Buhač and Minister of Internal Affairs Marija Marić inspected the construction site of the new Prozor-Rama police station. The project, which began in September 2023 and is valued at nearly 2.9 million KM, is entering its final stage. Officials expect the police to move into the new facility by the end of the year.
Additionally, the officials noted the need for urgent and extensive renovation of the Jaklić Bridge, a vital transport link for several surrounding villages and the Proslap mountain region.
