Pruszków to purchase historic Teichfeld Palace for 3 million PLN

The Pruszków City Council has approved the purchase of the historic Teichfeld Palace from a developer for 3 million PLN net. Including VAT and costs for artifacts, the total price will reach approximately 3.69 million PLN gross.

While the property is valued at nearly 6 million PLN according to an appraisal, officials noted the lower negotiated price is due to the building's poor technical condition, the urgent need for protective works, and the high costs of future renovation and conservation. The city intends to use the site for culture, education, social activities, or heritage protection.

The palace, located at Armii Krajowej 77, has been in private hands for years and has faced significant degradation. The acquisition is viewed by local authorities as an opportunity to preserve a key piece of the city's industrial history.
