Pryconsa-Atitlan and Acciona bid for Valencia CF's Mestalla land

Pryconsa-Atitlan and Acciona have emerged as finalists in the auction for the land parcel of the old Mestalla stadium in Valencia. The bidding process is entering its decisive phase, with binding offers expected to be submitted during October.

The transaction, valued at approximately 150 million euros, involves the sale of the land by Valencia CF through the consultancy firm CBRE. The project aims to develop six towers containing roughly 500 residential units, representing a major residential development for northern Valencia.

While CBRE will analyze the proposals and recommend the most advantageous option based on specific criteria, the final decision rests with Valencia CF's majority shareholder, Peter Lim, and club president Kiat Lim. The club intends to announce the buyer and finalize the signing before the end of the year.
