Prysmian appoints Anna Tanganelli as chief financial officer

Prysmian S.p.A. announced that Anna Tanganelli will become the group's chief financial officer on 1 November 2026, succeeding Pier Francesco Facchini, who will leave the company at the end of 2026. Tanganelli will report directly to CEO Massimo Battaini.

Tanganelli joins Prysmian from Iveco Group, where she has served as Chief Finance & IT Officer since December 2023. She brings more than 25 years of financial and strategic experience acquired across Europe and the United States, including senior roles at FCA (now Stellantis), CNH Industrial, Magneti Marelli (now Marelli Group) and the multi‑utility Iren. Earlier in her career she worked in UBS’s investment‑banking division on M&A and capital‑raising transactions such as the Fiat‑Chrysler alliance. She also sits on the board of GVS S.p.A., a producer of air‑filtration solutions.

The appointment is part of Prysmian’s ongoing focus on strengthening its financial leadership as the global leader in energy and digital cable infrastructure.
