Przemyśl hosts Wincentiada celebrations and religious events

The Wincentiada celebrations in Przemyśl have commenced, beginning with a solemn procession of the relics of St. Vincent at the Franciscan Church. The opening festivities included the III Evangelical Concert, ‘Come to Me All’, held in the city square. The event featured musical performances by Dobromir Makowski and the Christian music group niemaGOtu, alongside community presentations and family-oriented activities.

As part of the ongoing celebrations, a special evening event titled ‘St. Vincent at Night’ is scheduled for Friday, August 28, at 9:00 PM at the Franciscan Church. This session is designed to explore the history, spirituality, and traditions of St. Vincent in a quiet, nocturnal atmosphere. The main festivities for this year's Wincentiada are planned to take place over the weekend of August 28–29.
