Przemysław Czarnek condemns Donald Tusk and hospital scandals at PiS convention in Warsaw

At a PiS program convention in Warsaw, party deputy minister Przemysław Czarnek welcomed attendees as “normal Poles” and stressed conservative, Christian values while focusing on family, demography and education. He announced the signing of a values declaration and a ten‑point programme for the party.

Czarnek sharply attacked former prime minister Donald Tusk, quoting Tusk’s 2021 remarks that childbirth can be a “burden for 20 years” for women, and labelled him a “brazen type.” He also criticised Warsaw mayor Rafał Trzaskowski over the South Hospital scandal, alleging misuse of public funds, VIP rooms, falsified procedures and disrespect for human dignity.

The speech framed these issues as attacks on the dignity of citizens and the nation’s future.
