Przemysław Klima opens artisanal bakery in Krakow

Przemysław Klima, co-owner of Bottiglieria 1881—the first restaurant in Poland to be awarded two Michelin stars—has opened a new artisanal bakery named KIOSK in Krakow.

Located within the revitalized Młyny Mogilska complex, a project by NOHO Investment, the bakery aims to blend artisanal bread with a daily service format. KIOSK serves breakfast from 7:30 to 14:30, offering both classic and signature options. The project marks a shift for Klima from fine dining toward a concept more integrated into daily culinary rituals.
