Przemysław Wipler faces conflict of interest allegations
Konfederacja MP Przemysław Wipler is facing allegations of conflict of interest regarding his business activities and parliamentary work. Investigations reveal that companies founded by Wipler and associate Michał Krzymowski received approximately 6.7 million PLN from clients in industries specifically addressed by the Parliamentary Team for the Free Market, a group established by Wipler himself.
Between October 2024 and December 2025, the parliamentary team held four sessions covering topics such as currency exchange offices, illegal gambling, labor inspection reform, and waste management fees. In each of these sectors, Wipler’s former companies reportedly had paying clients. By 2025, the companies linked to the politician and Krzymowski had issued invoices totaling roughly 34.6 million PLN.
Reports indicate that Wipler did not disclose his prior business relationships with certain entities during parliamentary meetings. For instance, industry representatives from the gambling and waste management sectors participated in sessions, yet Wipler reportedly presented them as general industry representatives without mentioning they were former clients of his businesses. Additionally, court records show Wipler was only formally removed from a lobbying company's partnership list in September 2024, nearly a year after winning his parliamentary mandate.
