PSdeG-PSOE begins organizing 2027 municipal candidacies in Valdeorras

The PSdeG-PSOE of Ourense has begun organizing its political strategy for the May 2027 municipal elections. During recent meetings of the Provincial Executive Commission and the Provincial Committee in O Barco de Valdeorras, the party focused on reviewing recent work and configuring upcoming candidacies.

Provincial Secretary Álvaro Vila stated that the party aims to present candidates in every municipality within the region, noting that Valdeorras is one of the areas where preparations are most advanced. Among the confirmed candidates, current mayors Aurentino Alonso of O Barco and Sherezade Núñez of Vilamartín will run again to lead the socialist lists.
