PSG and Barcelona make €90‑120 million bids for Fernandes and Alvarez

Paris Saint‑Germain is reported to be negotiating a €92 million transfer for 21‑year‑old midfielder Mateus Fernandes, with Tottenham Hotspur willing to sell and West Ham demanding a high fee. At the same time, FC Barcelona has prepared a second offer of around €120 million for Argentine striker Julián Álvarez, aiming to persuade Atlético Madrid to accept a deal below the €150 million price the club initially set.
