PSN acquires office building in Brno-Veveří

PSN has finalized the acquisition of an office building located at Botanická 56 in the Brno-Veveří district. The purchase was made from the Safichem Group as part of a long-term strategic decision by the industrial group to divest the property.

Existing lease agreements will remain unchanged, with Aquatis, a member of the Safichem Group, continuing as one of the primary tenants. Petr Pospíšil, Director of PSN Brno, noted that the location offers significant development potential and aligns with the company's strategy to expand its portfolio in Brno.

In the long term, PSN is considering converting the property into a residential project, with preliminary preparations for such an investment potentially beginning in 2029. This acquisition follows other ongoing projects by PSN in the region, including the Brno Jedna mixed-use district and various residential developments.
