PSOE de León completes 70% of municipal election candidacies

The PSOE de León has announced that it has finalized more than 70% of its candidacies for the upcoming municipal elections. During the XII Fiesta de la Rosa held in Boñar, which marked the start of the new political term, Secretary General Javier Alfonso Cendón stated that the party aims to present lists in all 211 municipalities across the province.

Cendón emphasized the importance of strengthening candidacies for local neighborhood councils (juntas vecinales), describing them as essential institutions for defending rural heritage and services. Nuria Rubio, Vice Secretary General of the PSOE of Castilla y León, also attended the event, advocating for the maintenance and improvement of public services in small towns.
