Psyren anime set for October 2026 release

The anime adaptation of the Shonen Jump manga ‘Psyren’, created by Toshiaki Iwashiro, is scheduled to debut on October 5, 2026. Produced by SATELIGHT, the series will be distributed for streaming by Crunchyroll.

The story follows high school student Ageha Yoshina, whose life changes after finding a mysterious red phone card. Following the disappearance of his childhood friend, Sakurako Amamiya, Ageha investigates a series of mysterious disappearances linked to an organization known as Psyren, leading him into a dangerous deadly game.

A new trailer has been released, featuring the opening theme ‘WARNING!!’ performed by the group CLAN QUEEN!. The production staff includes director Katsumi, series composition by Shin Yoshida, and character designs by Akira Okuma. Recent voice cast additions include Yuhko Kaida as Matsuri Yagumo and Nobuyuki Hiyama as Dolkey, joining previously announced cast members Rikuya Yasuda and Mayuko Kazama.
