PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry’s Ketapang branch temporarily halted ferry operations across the Bali Strait due to high waves and strong winds. The decision, announced by General Manager Arief Eko Kurniansjah, follows coordination with the Maritime Weather Agency (BMKG), local port authorities and police, and prioritises passenger and crew safety. Service will resume once BMKG declares conditions safe, and the company has prepared measures to alleviate traffic and maintain logistics flow during the suspension.
