PT BIT wins inaugural Padel Fifer Cup 2026 in Jakarta

The inaugural Padel Fifer Cup 2026 was held at We PADL Pondok Indah in South Jakarta on August 15, 2026. The tournament served as a networking event for the Indonesian fiber optic industry, featuring approximately 120 players from 17 different companies.

PT BIT, part of the Protelindo Group, emerged as the first winner of the Padel Fifer Cup rotating trophy. The event was initiated by Agus Teddy Sumantri, VP of Fiber Operations at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, who noted that the sport was chosen to strengthen teamwork and professional relationships within the connectivity sector. There are aspirations to establish the tournament as an annual tradition for the industry.
