PT KAI Daop 7 Madiun partners with Kediri Prosecutor's Office

PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop 7 Madiun has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with the Kediri District Attorney's Office (Kejari Kabupaten Kediri) to handle civil and state administrative law matters.

The agreement, signed by Vice President of Daop 7 Madiun Ali Afandi and Head of Kediri District Attorney Ismaya Hera Wardanie, aims to strengthen Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and secure state assets. The partnership covers legal assistance in both litigation and non-litigation, legal opinions, legal audits, and the use of state prosecutors as mediators or conciliators in disputes.

This collaboration is intended to support operational smoothness and provide legal certainty within the Daop 7 Madiun working area.
