PT Kereta Api Indonesia ranks seventh in Danantara CX100 awards

Danantara Indonesia has announced the results of the Danantara Indonesia CX100 Award 2026, which recognizes the top 100 state-owned enterprises (BUMN) based on comprehensive, data-driven customer experience metrics. The program aims to drive service transformation across state-owned entities to enhance competitiveness and sustainability.

PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) secured seventh place in the overall rankings and was named a Sector Champion in the Transportation category. KAI Logistik also received a Sector Champion award for its logistics services. The evaluation process involved public feedback, experts, associations, and regulators, covering eight public service clusters.

Dony Oskaria of Danantara Indonesia stated that improving service quality is a vital part of the BUMN transformation, noting that customer experience serves as the foundation for long-term business sustainability and public perception.
