PT Pegadaian and Labor Union hold national coordination meeting

PT Pegadaian (Persero) and the Pegadaian Labor Union (SP Pegadaian) held the 2026 National Coordination Meeting (Rakornas) from October 28 to 31 in Jimbaran, Bali. The forum focused on strengthening organizational consolidation, increasing worker capabilities, and reinforcing synergy between management and employees to support the company’s transformation toward its 2030 goals.

The event was officially opened by Budi Wahju Soesilo, Vice President Director of PT Pegadaian (Persero). Attendees included management officials and union representatives from across Indonesia. Strategic discussions centered on fostering harmonious industrial relations, boosting worker productivity, and ensuring sustainable employee welfare.

SP Pegadaian Chairperson Mufri Yandi emphasized that the union serves as a strategic partner responsible for supporting business growth. He stated that solidarity must be translated into collaboration, and capability should be demonstrated through professionalism and competitiveness to ensure that employee welfare and company progress advance together.
