PT Pegadaian CPS Pondok Aren delivers charity aid and free medical services in Tangerang

PT Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Pelayanan Syariah (CPS) Pondok Aren partnered with the Sahabat Berbagi Tangsel community to distribute cash assistance, food packages and environmentally‑friendly gift boxes to orphaned, widowed and low‑income families on 23 May 2026. Branch leader Cepi Kurnia Nugraha said the event was part of the company’s ESG commitment to support neighbourhood welfare.

On 20 June 2026 the same branch organised a free medical clinic for hundreds of residents, providing blood‑pressure, glucose and cholesterol checks, doctor consultations and medication, together with cooking‑oil packages to bolster food security. Putri Utami Dewi, head of the UPS Pondok Jaya unit, highlighted the initiative as a continued effort to improve health and livelihood in the surrounding community.
