PT Prodia Widyahusada Tbk plans 1:5 stock split

PT Prodia Widyahusada Tbk (PRDA) has announced plans to conduct a 1:5 stock split. This corporate action aims to make the company's shares more affordable and expand its investor base, particularly among retail investors.

Following the split, the total number of shares is expected to increase from 937.5 million to 4.6875 billion, while the nominal value per share will decrease from Rp100 to Rp20. The company emphasized that the split will not alter its authorized, issued, or paid-in capital structure, nor will it change the proportional ownership or value of existing investments.

Management intends to seek shareholder approval for this plan during an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS-LB) scheduled for November 23, 2026. Additionally, the company is currently conducting a share buyback program due to significant market fluctuations, a process set to conclude by November 19, 2026.
