PT Swayasa Prakarsa Tbk postpones IPO on Indonesia Stock Exchange

PT Swayasa Prakarsa Tbk, a medical device manufacturer affiliated with Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), has postponed its initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).

The Indonesia Stock Exchange confirmed it received a formal request to delay the IPO on September 1, 2026. The postponement is due to the company not yet receiving an effective statement from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) required to proceed with the public offering. Additionally, the financial statements used for the offering process, dated February 28, 2026, expired on August 31, 2026.

Prior to the delay, the company planned to offer up to 323 million new shares, representing 30.3% of its total paid-up capital, at a price range of Rp 130 to Rp 140 per share. The IPO aimed to raise up to Rp 45.22 billion, which was intended for working capital, capital expenditures, and debt repayment. PT Sukadana Prima Sekuritas was appointed as the underwriter.
