PT Telkom Indonesia Wins Lestari Award 2026 for Talent Management

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk received the 2026 Lestari Award in the Talent Management category. The award was presented by Minister of Coordinating Ministry for Infrastructure and Regional Development Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono as recognition of Telkom’s commitment to sustainable talent development and ESG practices.

Telkom’s People Development Plan, the initiative honored by the award, aims to build future‑ready digital leaders across the Telkom Group through competency development, coaching, experiential learning, research, digital platforms and assessments. Director of Human Capital Management Willy Saelan said the program ensures every Telkom employee has opportunities to learn, grow and drive impact for the business.
