PTC Korea opens Yeongnam Hub Center in Busan

PTC Korea has announced the opening of its Yeongnam Hub Center in Busan to expand its presence in the manufacturing market of the Yeongnam region. The center will serve as a strategic base to increase accessibility for local customers and partners, addressing the digital transformation needs of regional manufacturing companies.

As part of this expansion, PTC Korea signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Pusan National University to foster future engineering talent. The company donated its 'Creo' 3D computer-aided design (CAD) software to the university and held special lectures for engineering students covering topics such as manufacturing AI, digital transformation, and practical software applications.

In conjunction with the center's opening, a seminar on regional industrial digital innovation was held to discuss AI-based Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) platforms and technical solutions for local industries. The initiative involves collaboration with Modu Solution, which will provide technical support for CAD education.
