Péter Gulácsi and family targeted in armed robbery in Spain

Villarreal goalkeeper Péter Gulácsi and his family were victims of an armed robbery at their home in the Los Monasterios residential area in Puçol, Spain. On the night of October 12, three or four armed perpetrators entered the property through a garage window.

The robbery lasted approximately 40 minutes. The attackers threatened Gulácsi and his wife at gunpoint, forcing them to open a safe while their children slept in another room. The thieves escaped in luxury vehicles, taking mobile phones and valuables estimated to be worth approximately 200,000 euros. The stolen items included Rolex watches and luxury bags from brands such as Hermès and Chanel.

No physical injuries were reported, as the family cooperated with the criminals. The Guardia Civil has launched an investigation to identify the perpetrators and determine how they bypassed the security of the exclusive gated community. Gulácsi expressed the significant psychological trauma caused by the incident on social media.
