Péter Radó criticizes Hungarian education system continuity

Radó highlights several critical issues within the Ministry of Education and Children, including the lack of a fully established ministry with a detailed independent budget and a persistent shortage of professionals. He criticizes the decision to transform the Klebelsberg Centre into a research and development institute, stating that officials cannot simply be converted into researchers or curriculum developers.

Furthermore, Radó points to a lack of consistent strategic communication regarding the long-term direction of public education. He suggests that current actions have primarily focused on building trust through low-cost measures rather than implementing systemic reforms to address social and ethnic segregation.
