PTX Metals expands board and technical leadership

PTX Metals has expanded its board and technical leadership to support the growth of its W2 Copper-Nickel-Platinum Group Element Project and gold assets in Northern Ontario.

Michael Pesner, a chartered professional accountant and former KPMG Canada partner, has been appointed as a director and chair of the audit committee. Pesner brings 40 years of corporate governance and financial experience from previous roles with companies such as Richmont Mines, Wallbridge Mining, and Superior Gold.

In technical leadership roles, Kevin Wells has been named director of operations, bringing over 35 years of exploration experience from major companies including Anglo American and Falconbridge. Additionally, Jim Atkinson has joined the W2 technical advisory committee. Jim Trusler is stepping down from the board but will continue to serve on both the W2 and South Timmins technical advisory committees.
