PUBG Mobile releases 4.6 update with Midnight Hunters mode

PUBG Mobile has released its 4.6 update, featuring a new themed mode titled ‘Midnight Hunters’. This limited-time mode introduces supernatural elements and a gothic atmosphere to the battle royale experience, available globally through November 10, 2026.

The update introduces a faction-based system where players can choose to be Hunters or Vampires. Players in the Vampire faction can transform to gain increased movement speed, night vision, and lethal melee attacks, though they become more vulnerable to sunlight and silver-based weapons. Conversely, the Hunter faction has access to specialized silver weapons and Garlic Grenades to repel vampires.

Map changes have been implemented across Erangel, Livik, and Sanhok, with specific locations like Rozhok and Sosnovka Military Base receiving visual modifications, such as old castles and dark forests. The mode also includes PvE elements, such as the ‘Night Guardian’, an AI-controlled character that can provide resources or act as an obstacle. Additionally, the update includes modifications to Classic Mode, Arena, and Metro Royale, alongside upcoming collaborations with One-Punch Man and Alan Walker.
