Public Employee Olympics draw over 2,600 participants in Argentina
The Public Employee Olympics in Argentina are entering their final week, involving more than 2,600 participants in various sporting and recreational disciplines. Édgar Pérez, head of the Instituto de Asistencia Social (IAS), reported that the 20-day event has focused on fostering camaraderie and companionship among agents.
Upcoming scheduled activities include football finals for both men and women, beach volleyball, and padel semifinals and finals. On Friday the 25th, outdoor activities such as a family bike ride will take place at the Laguna Oca Biosphere Reserve, alongside truco finals. The event will conclude on Sunday the 27th at the Polideportivo Policial with a large luncheon, award ceremonies for individual and team winners, music, and prize drawings.
