In the Dominican Republic, the Hospital Traumatológico Dr. Darío Contreras has launched an awareness campaign to inform patients and families of their rights. Director General Andy de León Valenzuela emphasized that medical services are free and warned against any attempts to solicit unauthorized payments, gifts, or benefits. The hospital stated that all institutional payments must be processed exclusively through the General Cashier (Caja General) following billing department validation.

In Mexico, authorities are monitoring the recovery of individuals injured in a pyrotechnics accident in Santa María Canchesda, Temascalcingo. Following the incident on September 5, 81 people were transported to various medical units. As of the latest report, 54 individuals have been discharged. Medical attention has been provided across several public facilities, including the Hospital General de Atlacomulco and IMSS clinics, as well as various private medical units.
