Public infrastructure tenders announced in Ankara and Çorum

The Ankara Metropolitan Municipality has announced an open tender for the construction of a multi-story parking garage in the Korkutreis neighborhood of the Çankaya district. The project involves a reinforced concrete structure consisting of two basement levels, a ground floor, and five additional floors, covering a total construction area of 25,648.76 square meters. The project is expected to be completed within 400 calendar days following site delivery.

Separately, the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works (DSİ) 5th Regional Directorate has issued a tender for the repair and maintenance of three ponds in Çorum: İbrahimköy, Seyitnizam, and Kızılhamza. The scope of work includes cleaning, maintenance, repair, and the implementation of protective security measures for these sites. The contract duration is set for 500 calendar days from the date of site delivery.
