Public libraries host family storytime and activity events

Public libraries in the Pullman‑Moscow region of Washington State and in Washington, D.C. are offering a series of free family‑friendly programs. The Pullman‑area libraries feature Thursday baby storytime, free play, knitting clubs, craft workshops and a Summerween party, while the D.C. library system lists extensive toddler and child storytime sessions, arts and science activities, and meeting‑room rentals across multiple neighborhood branches.

These events are open to children and families, run from early morning through evening, and include activities such as books and songs, clay‑tile decorating, fire‑truck tours, and outdoor games.
