Public parks in Votuporanga and Atibaia announce cultural and nature activities

The Parque da Cultura in Votuporanga is marking a decade of operation since its inauguration in August 2016. The complex serves as a central hub for leisure, sports, and culture, featuring a running track, cycling paths, sand courts, and a playground. It also houses the ‘Castro Alves’ Municipal Library, the Cultural Cinema, and the ‘Edward Coruripe Costa’ Municipal Museum, which recently underwent remodeling to improve accessibility and technology.

In Atibaia, the Grota Funda Municipal Natural Park has announced its special programming for September 2026. The schedule includes free self-guided visits during the Independence Day holiday, natural paint workshops, and collective musical creation sessions. The park also offers a monitored night hike on September 25, which requires prior registration via a digital platform.
