Public Revenue Office in North Macedonia launches work-based learning program

The Public Revenue Office (UJP) has commenced work-based learning activities following a cooperation memorandum signed with the secondary vocational school “Vasil Anteski – Dren”. The initiative aims to provide students with practical knowledge and experience within a real working environment.

Thirteen students specializing in digital marketing are participating in the program, which is scheduled to run until May 20, 2027. During this period, students will learn about the institution's functions, competencies, organizational structure, and work processes. Initial activities focus on professional standards, official communication, work discipline, confidentiality rules, tax secrecy, and personal data protection.

Tax officials from the UJP will serve as mentors to guide the students, share professional expertise, and monitor their progress. The program is designed to bridge the gap between formal education and professional practice, allowing young people to apply theoretical knowledge while developing communication skills and professional responsibility.
