Various emergency and safety incidents have been reported across different regions. In Alcorcón, Spain, Protección Civil successfully reversed a middle-aged man's cardiorespiratory arrest on Jabonería Street before SUMMA 112 units arrived to stabilize and transport him to a hospital.

In Riobamba, Ecuador, emergency services and citizens prevented a tragedy at a pedestrian overpass near the Terminal Terrestre. Using videovigilance from ECU 911, authorities identified and rescued a person in a vulnerable situation on the structure, providing psychological support following the intervention.

In Veracruz, Mexico, parents raised alarms after a woman, appearing to be a child, approached minors at the Paseo Martí playground. Witnesses reported the individual was an adult woman of short stature disguised as a child, who was seen fleeing the area with a man after being confronted by mothers.
