Public transport disruptions expected in France due to labor strikes

Public transport networks in France are facing disruptions due to labor movements.

In Tarbes, TLP Mobilités has announced significant service reductions for Friday, October 16, due to a strike by Kéolis TLP Mobilités staff. Employees are protesting what they describe as “increasingly difficult working conditions.” Ten lines (T1, T2, T3, T4, T6, T7, T8, T10, T11, and T12) will see reduced frequency, with approximately only one out of every two buses operating. Lines T5, T9, and all school lines are expected to run normally. Service is projected to return to normal on Saturday, October 17.

Additionally, the Bibus network is expecting disruptions on Wednesday, October 14, resulting from social movements involving a subcontractor. The affected routes include Lines 10, 15, 16, 17, and 19, while the rest of the network is expected to operate normally.
