Public transport issues reported in Sarajevo and Zagreb

In Sarajevo, motorists are reportedly bypassing surveillance measures at bus stops. While cameras have been installed at 27 high-risk locations to monitor illegal parking and stopping, drivers have found ways to evade them. Specifically, at the Nedžarići bus stop near the student dormitory, which lacks video surveillance, vehicles have been observed occupying the entire station to access nearby kiosks. This has forced public transport buses to merge into traffic lanes to pick up passengers, creating congestion and safety risks for pedestrians and drivers.

In Zagreb, public discussions have emerged regarding passengers on trams and buses who appear to be talking or arguing with themselves. While some observers suggested the behavior might be due to invisible Bluetooth headsets, others noted it as a common occurrence. Experts suggest that talking to oneself is often a normal habit used to aid concentration, solve problems, or process emotions.
