Publicis Groupe ANZ promotes Jessica Howse to GM People & Culture Australia

Publicis Groupe ANZ has appointed Jessica Howse as the General Manager of People & Culture in Australia. Howse transitions into this role from her previous position as Head of People & Culture for Zenith Australia, a role she held for nearly two years.

In her new capacity, Howse will report to Pauly Grant, the Chief Talent Officer for ANZ & APAC. She is tasked with partnering with the organization’s Australian agencies and leadership teams to advance the group’s people strategy and foster a connected culture.

Howse brings extensive experience in organizational design, talent, and transformation, having previously held senior roles at Nine, Crown Resorts, Seven, and Betfair, as well as serving as a consultant for Football Australia.
