Publicis Groupe promotes Jayde Hill to lead New Zealand people strategy

Publicis Groupe has promoted Jayde Hill to General Manager, People and Culture for its New Zealand operations. In this expanded leadership role, Hill will oversee the organization’s people strategy, including talent management, capability development, employee wellbeing, and organizational growth across the country.

Hill joined the communications group in 2018 as its first dedicated People and Culture hire in New Zealand. Over her eight-year tenure, she has been instrumental in building the function from its early stages. Her professional experience includes roles in talent acquisition and business partnering across New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

Pauly Grant, Chief Talent Officer for Publicis Groupe ANZ and APAC, noted that Hill’s promotion recognizes her leadership and ability to combine commercial understanding with a commitment to employee development.
