Puck Bay to host U23 iQFOiL World Windsurfing Championships

Puck Bay will host the U23 iQFOiL World Championships from September 28 to October 3. This event marks the first time the location has hosted an international championship regatta for the Olympic iQFOiL class.

More than 150 windsurfers from nearly every continent, including participants from Mexico and New Zealand, are expected to compete. Local athlete and Polish champion Stanisław Trepczyński noted that the bay is known for being windy during the autumn season but lacks significant waves, making speed a decisive factor in the competition.
