Puebla municipal government launches social and cultural initiatives

The municipal government of Puebla, led by Mayor Pepe Chedraui, has launched several initiatives focused on social welfare, health, and culture. The administration hosted an International Fair for Social Welfare, featuring over 70 local producers and artisans, alongside delegations from countries including Brazil, Peru, and Colombia to promote local consumption and regional identity.

In addition to economic support, the city is promoting public health through musicalized physical activity sessions organized by the Municipal Institute of Sports. Furthermore, the 'Jornadas Imparables' program has provided social assistance to over 10,400 people this year, offering free medical services, legal orientation, and job placement assistance.

The cultural agenda in Puebla also includes a variety of free events, such as documentary film cycles at the Museo Amparo, folk dance performances in the Zócalo, and a symphonic concert inspired by Harry Potter at the National Railway Museum.
