Puebla announces eighth Noche de Museos featuring Cuexcomate volcano
The city of Puebla will host its eighth ‘Noche de Museos’ on Saturday, August 15, featuring 30 cultural venues. The event aims to expand the city's tourism offerings and decentralize cultural activities.
Key highlights include free access to the interior of the Cuexcomate volcano. The Municipal Institute of Art and Culture (IMACP) will host a limited-capacity concert titled ‘Cuexcomate entre velas’ at 7:00 PM. Additionally, an exhibition inspired by Catalina Ramírez’s ‘Alice in Wonderland’ will be presented.
The program also incorporates the La Noria ice rink, offering special rates for physical activity and entertainment. Jaime Oropeza Casas, the Secretary of Economy and Tourism, stated that these initiatives follow instructions from Mayor Pepe Chedraui to promote the capital's various tourist sites.
