Mexico: ANOMAC assembly in Puebla and Morena territorial mobilization
The National Association of Major Officials of State Congresses (ANOMAC) is holding its XXIX National Assembly in Puebla. The event brings together representatives from all 32 Mexican state congresses to promote parliamentary professionalization, technical strengthening, and the exchange of legislative experiences. Discussions focus on improving legal precision, transparency, and the use of new technologies like artificial intelligence to modernize legislative processes.
In Chihuahua, Morena is intensifying its territorial presence. The party is conducting over 200 simultaneous informative assemblies across the country to discuss national sovereignty and the progress of the ‘Fourth Transformation’. In the region of Ojinaga, Cruz Pérez Cuéllar has called for effective regional planning to address critical issues such as water scarcity, road conditions, and healthcare. Additionally, Morena announced that registration calls for candidates for various coordination roles ahead of the 2027 elections will be released by the end of August.
