Puebla government and Cemex sign environmental collaboration agreement

Cemex and the Government of the State of Puebla have signed a five-year collaboration agreement focused on environmental sustainability and community development for the 2026-2030 period. The partnership aims to implement projects involving clean technologies, eco-technologies, housing improvements, and environmental training.

Under the agreement, Cemex will provide technical and operational expertise, while the state government, through the Secretariat of Environment, Sustainable Development, and Territorial Planning (SMADSOT), will identify priority zones for implementation. The initiative is designed to foster shared responsibility between industry and authorities to improve the quality of life for families in Puebla.
