Puebla government condemns Agua de Puebla for damaging infrastructure

The Government of the State of Puebla, through the Secretariat of Infrastructure, has issued a formal condemnation against the concessionaire company Agua de Puebla para Todos. The state government accuses the company of systematic negligence and a lack of planning regarding its interventions in public infrastructure.

Specifically, the company is accused of breaking and obstructing recently completed or nearly finished roadways, such as Calle 7 Sur, by digging trenches and damaging new asphalt surfaces without prior coordination with state authorities. The government stated that these actions do not appear to be responses to operational emergencies but rather represent a recurring strategic negligence that destroys public assets and hinders citizen mobility.
