Puebla municipalities host traditional patronal fairs

The state of Puebla is hosting various traditional patronal fairs. In Huitzilan de Serdán, the recent festivities in honor of the Virgin of the Assumption drew more than 40,000 visitors. Organizers reported a safe and family-friendly environment, with activities focused on culture, sports, and free community events.

Meanwhile, the municipality of Tenampulco is preparing for its traditional fair in honor of the Virgin of the Nativity. Scheduled from September 3 to 9, the program includes musical performances, livestock activities, and cultural displays. While most events are free to the public, certain activities, such as specific jaripeos, will require a recovery fee.
