Puebla prepares for Tianguis Turístico 2027

The government of Puebla held a culinary tribute to Mole Poblano at the San Pedro Museo de Arte to promote the state's tourism and cultural identity. During the event, Governor Alejandro Armenta announced that Puebla is preparing to host the Tianguis Turístico from May 9 to 12, 2027.

To support this upcoming international event, the state is expanding connectivity with 20 national and international flights and investing in infrastructure, including improvements to avenues and access points in the capital. Armenta emphasized that the region's culinary richness, including seasonal specialties like mole poblano and chile en nogada, is supported by a vast productive chain involving farmers, traditional cooks, and the hospitality sector.
