The initiative aims to provide formal employment opportunities, legal benefits, and dignified wages to specific demographics, including female heads of household, people with disabilities, senior citizens, migrants, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

According to the Secretariat of Economic Development and Labor, the event will offer 1,219 job vacancies with monthly salaries ranging from 9,583 to 40,000 pesos. Twenty-seven companies are confirmed to participate, including Alsea, Oxxo, Cinia de México, Estafeta, Hotel Cartesiano, Federal Mogul, and McDonald’s. The state also maintains a global job bank with over 3,400 active vacancies.
